Fischer’s Reef is a great beachfront villa for large groups. There are four king suites, three queen suites, and a bunk room, so families can enjoy plenty of privacy on their vacation. The villa comes with two kayaks, but two more can be delivered upon request. The villa is part of a marine park, so make sure you wear water shoes in the sea to avoid damaging the amazing corals - which you can enjoy daily right from the villa’s backyard.

Fischer's Reef is a spacious, luxurious villa located one mile from the beloved Rum Point Club. The expansive layout and beachfront location creates a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.
Cayman Kai’s white sandy beach borders turquoise waters, and the villa is equipped with snorkel masks, life vests, and kayaks for exploring the tropical surroundings. Fischer's Reef sits within a marine park teeming with sea life, so please wear pool shoes while swimming to avoid damaging the corals. A hammock hangs between two palm trees, and loungers sit on the opposite side of manicured foliage. Sip cocktails, play cards, and relax in the beachfront gazebo. Stairs lead up to the infinity pool, which can be heated, and a spacious sundeck with loungers. The covered veranda shades more loungers and an outdoor dining area, while a winding staircase leads up to the furnished balcony. Breathtaking sunsets and unbelievable stargazing make every night a special event.
The living area connects to the pool deck through a small hallway, and a 75-inch LED TV and plush seating outfit the space. The Great Room sits upstairs on the main level, and has a spacious, super open layout with ample natural light and travertine tiled floors. The formal dining area seats 20 guests, and the adjacent living area features two long couches on either side of a 75-inch LED TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and an adjacent breakfast nook. A Sonos home theater system, Apply TV, and 7-zone air-conditioning run throughout the villa. Each of Fischer’s Reef eight bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The main level holds two king suites with garden views and a master suite with a private balcony. One king suite has a crib. On the pool level, there are three queen suites, one king suite, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. Laundry rooms are located upstairs and downstairs.
Rum Point’s restaurants and water sports are a short walk or drive from the villa. Fischer’s Reef guests enjoy Platinum Membership benefits, which includes exclusive access to Silver Thatch’s fitness and business center, 10% advance booking discount for Silver Thatch scuba and snorkel charter, twice weekly housekeeping, $5,000 of accidental damage protection for indoor items/decor, and a discount card to local restaurants, water sports, and businesses. Parcels, Jacques Scott Wine & Spirits, baby equipment, kayaks, Apple TVs, rollaway beds, board games, and groceries can all be delivered to the villa (fees apply). Platinum members also have access to fast-track VIP airport arrival and private pick-ups and transfers, for a fee. If there are no same day conflicts, guests can request early check-in or late check-out. A professional manager lives on Fischer’s Reef’s property in a heavily landscaped, secluded cottage near the gated entrance.
