Rip Kai enjoys an oceanfront location in Rum Point, with privacy and access to reef-protected snorkeling. An open-concept design inside and out maximizes the villa’s panoramic ocean views and makes this villa the perfect place for a family retreat!
Protected reefs behind the villa provide amazing snorkeling and kayaking a few steps off the back deck. Elevated sand provides extra privacy for guests to toss a football or frisbee, or sunbathe in privacy. An infinity pool sits in the center of the deck surrounded by multiple chaises overlooking the beach. Pergolas, Smart TV's, an outdoor kitchen, and dining area furnish the gazebo and poolside pavilion. Beach palapas, multiple palm trees, and beach chaises overlook the water.
A two level main house with detached veranda suites and a two bedroom guesthouse provides for ample space and privacy. The entertainment room stretches over 8000 square ft across the great room. The media room has seating for 12-18 with a large screen tv and Sonos audio system. The whole house audio and video is connected to streaming platforms. There is a fully equipped Chef's kitchen and prep kitchen making this perfect for entertaining.
Rip Kai has sleeping arrangements for up to 26 guests. The main house has three king suites, one bunk suite, and a twin bedroom on the upper level. The king suites have oceanfront views and access to the railed balcony. The bunk suite offers full over full bunk beds, ocean views, and walk out access to a balcony. The twin suite has ocean views and access to a private balcony. All bedrooms have ensuites and smart TV's. The Veranda Suites are detached from the main house. Both of these suites offer king beds, private entry, ensuites, and a TV. The Guesthouse is perfect for a family. It houses two bedrooms and a living area. The king and twin bedroom both have ensuites and tv's.
This estate is in a perfect location. It is remote enough to feel private, but close to restaurants, beach bars, and other services. Our Rip Kai guests are also Silver Thatch Platinum Level members, which provides arrival and departure group airport transfer via motor coach (1 trip each way), 2 complimentary tandem kayaks, 2 single kayaks and (4) sea-view snorkel boards, $5,000 of Accidental Damage Protection included for villa (indoor items/decor), complimentary early check-in or late check-out if there is not any conflict, and groceries, parcels, wine and spirits, and convenience items can also be delivered to the villa (fees apply).
