Babylon Reef feels like a classic beach house, with every amenity you could ask for. It’s oceanfront, with a great view of the Caribbean framed by palm fronds. A hammock slung between two palm trees is the place to be for an afternoon siesta, and the large rectangular pool is perfectly sized for swimming laps in the morning. There’s sand around the pool, so it’s like you have your own miniature beach, right in your backyard. Take a kayak out to the reef, where you’ll practically have the ocean to yourself. In fact, Babylon Reef sits in front of one of the best shallow snorkeling sites on the island. Kids can play freely in the shallows or in the private lawn at the front of the villa. This villa is perfect for your next family vacation, but is private and romantic enough for a honeymoon or romantic getaway, too.

Babylon Reef is an ultra private, oceanfront villa framed by one of Cayman’s best snorkeling sites and tons of vegetation. A white picket fence, cheery decor, and tropical amenities make this a great villa for any vacation.
A large, rectangular pool sits in the middle of the deck, big enough for swimming laps in the morning. A man-made sandy area creates a miniature beach for guests to enjoy, with cornhole for playtime and a hammock for naptime. There are several kayaks at the villa that can be taken down to the water for a day on the sea, or guests can relax by the pool all day under clusters of palm trees. There’s an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and sea before going inside. Enjoy lunch al fresco at the bright yellow dining table surrounded by deep blue chairs, or have a picnic on the lawn. A contemporary wooden deck leads into a wall of glass sliding doors, which opens to a lounge area.
This lounge area has a ceiling fan and rattan furniture, and sits adjacent to the formal dining room and living room. The living area has a flat screen Apple TV, plush sectional, and ceiling fan. The dining room has seating for six, and has exterior access to the garden. A cheery breakfast nook creates a boundary between the dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features baby blue backsplash to brighten the space, stainless steel appliances, and ample cookware and dishes. The villa has three bedrooms spread out over two levels. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a king-sized bed and opens to the lounge area, with a view of the ocean and the pool. The ensuite bath is modern, with a shower and pristine finishes. On the upper level, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ocean view, the other has two twin beds and a garden view. The twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed.
Babylon Reef is extremely private, surrounded by two empty lots and the ocean. A 10 minute drive will take guests to two large resorts, where they can enjoy water sports, beaches, and oceanfront bars and restaurants.
