The Casa Luna community is on Grand Cayman’s western coast near Georgetown. This gated neighborhood has a pool, fully-equipped gym, and direct beach access.
Casa Luna 17’s entryway sits between the main level living room and the lower level bedrooms. Through the main level, guests can access the partially shaded porch. The porch has sunny loungers and dining tables under the veranda. Sliding glass doors lead into the chic living room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. The living room has modern decor and an Apple TV. The dining table seats 8 and sits next to the breakfast bar in the kitchen, which is furnished with stainless steel appliances, a Ninja blender, and a coffee bar. This level is sandwiched between two floors of spacious bedrooms. On the lower level, there’s two suites that each have an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV. There’s also a laundry room on this level. A staircase on this level leads down to the fully-finished basement, which has a private, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. This setup ensures that no one has to line up outside the door or cram together to get ready in the morning. The Master Suite sits alone on the level above the living area, with its own balcony, huge walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and the big loveseat and Apple TV creates a private retreat.
