Gated luxury villa on 7 Mile Beach!
Coconut Walk is a luxurious, beachfront estate located directly on Seven Mile Beach. This gated villa enjoys modern amenities, a private pool, and eight bedrooms.
An elegant, stone fountain nestles amongst lush gardens at the front of the villa. Around the back, a set of stairs leads to the villa’s white sand beach and turquoise waters. Foot showers are available for a quick rinse, and palm trees, heavy landscaping, and a rope fence add privacy. A heated, freshwater pool sits at the edge of a sundeck surrounded by double loungers, umbrellas, and breakfast nooks. The elegant veranda shades outdoor living and dining areas and enjoys gorgeous sunset views. Two hammocks swing nearby, and water toys are stored around the pool deck. The villa’s playhouse, basketballs, paddle boards, and tandem kayaks provide fun for guests of all ages.
The Spanish-tiled, two-story villa offers 7,400 square feet of chic, welcoming interiors. The grand entryway, music room, and game room all open to the pool and ocean views. Vaulted ceilings, glass walls, and pillared arches add elegance to the living and dining areas. Plush white sofas and Persian rugs outfit the lounge, while marble countertops and glittering chandeliers accent the formal dining room. The adjacent chef’s kitchen features luxury appliances, an outdoor propane grill, and a wine cooler. Two media rooms sit further down the hall. Both theatres have a full entertainment system, but one also has a colorful collection of novels, classics, and children’s books. This wing also has a powder room. In the opposite wing, there is a music room with a grand piano and a large game room with billiards, foosball, and a wet bar. This wing also holds a full bathroom and a laundry room with double units.
Most of the villa’s bedrooms are on the upper level, although there is one suite on the ground level. This suite has two queen beds, exterior access, and a quiet location away from the common areas. The south wing has a set of stairs leading up to the south suites, and the north wing has a set of stairs leading up to the north suites. Each wing holds three ensuite bedrooms. The north wing features a king suite, a California king suite, and a double suite with two full beds. The California king suite shares a bathroom with the double suite. A loft connects the north wing to the south wing and overlooks the lower lounge. In the south wing, there is an opulent master suite with a large bathroom, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet. A hallway leads to the queen suite and final king suite. There is also a detached guest cottage with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and king suite. Every bedroom has an Apple TV, and the master suites each have cable TV programming. The upper level suites and cottage suite also have laptop-sized safes. Coconut Walk has its own Netflix account with Ultra HD streaming on up to four screens, as well as a SONOS system and home security system.
Coconut Walk is located 15 minutes from the airport, but feels like a tranquil retreat far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests have access to Silver Thatch’s Platinum Level Membership, which provides luxury amenities such as a discount towards a private snorkeling charter and light housekeeping. Platinum guests can have Jacques Scott Wine & Spirits, baby equipment, Apple TVs, and tandem kayaks delivered to their villa. Silver Thatch also grants access to fast-track VIP airport arrivals ( fees apply) and accidental damage protection.
