Great Bluff Estates is a gated property set into Grand Cayman’s Northside bluffs. This fully air-conditioned villa is perfect for a large family and has expansive outdoor space.
Multiple decks and balconies enjoy ocean views, and a private pathway leads to the beach. Excellent snorkeling is a short swim away, and this strip of the coast is super private and almost always deserted. Relax under the thatched gazebo or on the manicured beach to soak up the island sun. On the upper deck, swim in the large freshwater pool and take in the ocean views, or retreat to the shade under the covered veranda and grab a drink from the fridge. Take advantage of the bar space to mix drinks, set out snacks, or show off on the BBQ. Recline in the loungers, hammocks, and patio seating after enjoying an al fresco feast.
Great Bluff’s Great Room spans across the majority of the first floor, with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Relax in the den to read a book from the villa’s library or watch the waves crash below. The living area sits adjacent, with an Apple TV and an entertainment system. Two dining areas frame the living room, and a third sits in an alcove off the kitchen. Expansive countertops and stainless steel appliances outfit the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped with a Keurig, Nespresso, wine coolers, top-notch cookware, and a sleek bar top. A powder room and laundry room round out the space. Two queen suites sit on either side of the entryway, both with ensuite bathrooms. The east wing suite has a library, garden views, and shares a bathroom with the oceanfront den. The west wing suite has an ensuite bathroom and private location near the laundry room. Upstairs, there are two queen suites in the east wing. One has a garden view, and the other has an ocean view and access to the balcony. The master bedroom is in the west wing, and has a living area, a study, and access to the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom is spacious and chic, with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
