Great Escape Villa | 4 BRs

Great Escape certainly fits its name. This fully air-conditioned, beachfront villa has its own boat dock, a guest cottage, and two screened porches. Outdoor amenities abound, and water sports and tennis are minutes away.

Relaxation is easy, with hammocks strung inside and outside the villa. The pool wraps around the corner of the villa, and is large enough for everyone to swim in. Enjoy a drink around the in-pool table, or feast at the large dining table under the waterfront veranda. On the occasional rainy day, retreat to one of the screened porches and play ping pong or read in a cozy armchair. Inside the spacious living room, guests can relax into the large sectional and take in the beach views. The living room shares an open floor plan with the gourmet kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, a large island/breakfast bar, and top-of-the-line cookware. Every meal is more special in the nautical dining nook, with a glamorous chandelier overhead. 

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity. This suite is a true oasis, with access to the screened porch, the kitchen, and its own sitting area. On the other side of the living room, there are two equally chic bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One has a king-sized bed and opens to the screened porch, and the other has a queen-sized bed and opens to the front porch. There’s also a well-sized guest cottage that would be perfect for a family or children to share. It has a king-sized bed and trundle/daybed, as well as an ensuite bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. All four of the bedrooms have a flatscreen TV and views.

Great Escape sits a short walk or drive from Rum Point Beach, where guests will find restaurants, bars, and activities. Cayman Kai is a little further down the road, and the bioluminescent bay is practically in the villa’s backyard.
