Kai Zen sits on its own private white sand beach in the private Cayman Kai resort neighborhood within Rum Point. This two-story villa has a quiet location and is conveniently near town.
This villa is surrounded by lush gardens. The private freshwater pool opens to the beach area, and sits in the middle of a deck with lounge chaises and side tables. A private barefoot beach is just a few steps away, with a hammock, dock, outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and BBQ. Kayaks, paddle boards, and Hobie Cats can be rented nearby and delivered to the villa. An outdoor dining area on the side of the villa seats 6. The open living area features clean lines and a 40 ft wall of windows with a beach view. There are minimal furnishings, so nothing distracts from the ocean view. The dining area seamlessly blends with the space to create a Great Room. The dining area has a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6. The fully-equipped kitchen is just around the corner, with modern appliances and outside access. The small study on the first floor features a pull-out sofa and a large desk with a beach view. The upstairs laundry room has a washer and dryer. The main level Master Suite has a queen bed, ocean view, ensuite bathroom, and access to the pool area. Each of the two Master Suites has a king bed, access to the oceanfront screened porch, an ensuite bathroom, and storage for guest items.
Kai Zen is only a 5-minute walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club and a 10-minute walk to the Rum Point Club. This villa is ideal for couples and friends traveling together thanks to the Master Suites and ample water activities.
