From the inviting front exterior to the contemporary furnishings, from the large pool to the quiet beach, Kaiku Villa is deluxe in every way. It has the feel of a swanky resort and is spacious, yet still warm and inviting. This lovely home on its own private beach will make you fall in love with Grand Cayman.
Enjoy your privacy with this beachfront villa!
Kaiku is a Cayman Kai beachfront villa with an equally gorgeous exterior and interior. Between the amazing location and endless amenities, there should be something for every guest to enjoy.
This beachfront estate has a private dock with two kayaks. There’s a sandy area between the dock and the pool terrace, with a path that leads up to the deck. Swim in the partially shaded pool or soak in the hot tub to relax in privacy. An open-air gazebo shades the dining area, and the outdoor kitchen sits nearby. There are sun loungers and a hammock to lounge in as well. A fully screened living and dining area opens to the villa’s interior. There’s a sunken living room with a TV, and a dining area a few steps above. A short staircase leads down to a media room furnished with all-white decor, a large sectional, flatscreen TV, and four-person table. Lastly, there’s a powder room near the front door.
In the entryway, a few steps lead down to the nursery. The nursery has cribs, a rocker, and access to a garden courtyard. Down the hall, the queen suite has exterior access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The second level isn’t fully connected, but has different access points on either side of the main level. There are two queen suites that share a bathroom, and one has exterior access. On the opposite side of the villa, a short staircase leads up to a double suite and king suite. The double suite has an ensuite bathroom and a garden view. The king suite opens to a balcony with an ocean view, and has a massive bathroom down a short flight of stairs with a walk-in closet, rain shower, and soaking tub.
The detached Carriage House is a perfect option for families who want privacy from the Main House, with their own sitting area and two bedrooms. The spacious queen suite opens to a private balcony and has its own bathroom just down the hall. The children’s room has two twin bunks and an ensuite bathroom.
Kaiku is within walking distance to Rum Point Club, nightlife, and three different beaches. This region of the island is quiet, yet convenient.
