Kailypso rests on Cayman Kai’s Bioluminescent Bay near Rum Point. Over 2,800 square feet of outdoor space, cozy interiors, and a secluded beach create the perfect destination for family vacations and group getaways.
Kailypso’s waterfront pool and patio create a tropical oasis amongst tall palm trees and vibrant flowers. Loungers dot the pool deck and a wooden pathway leads down to a sandy beach and private boat dock. Beach lovers will love the beach’s chairs, loungers, tiki torches, and hammocks. A screened porch connects the villa’s Great Room to the pool deck, and is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table. A propane grill and additional dining table wait on the pool deck for cookouts beneath the stars. Two single kayaks are provided to explore the calm waters of Cayman Kai, and at night guests can watch the water glow in the Bio Bay.
The open-concept Great Room features light tropical decor, glass French doors, and a large TV. The formal dining table seats six next to the fully equipped kitchen. Kailypso’s three bedrooms include a master suite with a private bathroom and two guest suites with a shared bathroom. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, a flatscreen TV, ocean views, and private access to the screened porch. The second suite enjoys ocean views, private access to the screened porch, a queen bed, and a flatscreen TV. The third suite enjoys garden views, a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. The house also features WiFi, stereo, and central air-conditioning.
Kailypso is within walking distance to Rum Point’s beach, water sports, beach bar and grill, souvenir shop, and fine-dining restaurant. The Kaibo, a popular beachfront club, is also within walking distance and offers live music, food and drinks, and limbo. Ferry service to Camana Bay in Seven Mile Beach departs from the Kaibo Marina and Rum Point regularly, which is perfect for day trips.
