Les Jalousies is a beachfront, gated villa in Cayman Kai. This family-friendly villa emphasizes seclusion with a gated driveway, lush tropical landscaping, and a quiet location.
The villa’s 60-foot wide veranda stretches across the beach overlooking the sea, and is outfitted with ceiling fans, al fresco dining, and seating. Hammocks and palms trees line the veranda. An outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs furnish the bay, and a private dock with a ladder provides water entry. The dock’s thatched cabana is furnished with two swing benches and a picnic table. Clear water, white sand, and two tandem kayaks are at guests’ fingertips. Silver Thatch Water Sports can pick guests up from the villa’s dock for private snorkeling or diving charters.
Vaulted ceilings and a 24-foot wide glass wall fill the oceanfront Great Room. The spacious living room features an oversized flatscreen Smart TV, a Petrof grand piano, and plush sofas. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with sleek, built-in appliances, a Sub-Zero freezer, two Sub-Zero fridges, two sinks, two dishwashers, a Miele steam oven, and a massive marble island. An oblong wooden table sits next to the kitchen and provides seating for 8 guests. Les Jalousies’s onsite caretaker is available for pool and beach maintenance.
Les Jalousies offers three bedrooms and a media room with an adjacent full bathroom. The west wing is filled with the villa’s master suite, which holds a king bed, unobstructed views, access to the veranda, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a tub, and a shower with dual heads. The queen suite features a canopy bed, tropical views, access to the veranda, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The garden twin suite offers an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor tiled shower, ocean views, and balcony access. The media room’s sectional sofa can accommodate two twin beds or a king bed, and the adjacent bathroom has a dual head shower. Pack-n-Plays and booster seats can be acquired from Silver Thatch Guest Services.
Les Jalousies sits a short drive from Rum Point Beach and a five-minute walk from the Kaibo Marina and Starfish Point. Les Jalousies is also within walking distance to Cayman Kai’s restaurants, water sports, and marine excursions.
