This gated estate sits on over 200 feet of pristine beachfront on South Sound. White sand stretches in both directions, so guests can stroll along the beach after spending the day snorkeling. The reef-protected marine life is beautiful and fragile, so please wear swim fins or pool shoes while exploring. Manicured hedges border Mora’s private beach, and a lush lawn frames the gazebo and sundeck. Beneath the gazebo, guests can relax into cushioned sectionals for a morning coffee. On the sundeck, loungers and al fresco dining sit next to the 75-foot long pool and whirlpool spa. The outdoor kitchen’s BBQ grill and the expansive covered veranda provide plenty of space for guests to feast in the island air.

Sliding glass doors open to the elongated living room, which holds several lounges, a dining table, and a workspace. A massive sculpture adds a bit of fun to the elegant interior, and the adjacent media room offers air-conditioning, a satellite HDTV, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. There is also a laundry room next to the kitchen. On the second floor, there is a home office with ocean views, a work station, a private balcony, and a loveseat.

Mora’s main house has five spacious suites and two sleeper sofas. Three suites are on the lower level and two are on the upper level. Four of these suites have king beds and private terraces. Each suite has a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest cottage perches beyond the pool and spa. There are two queen suites opening onto an oceanfront deck and lawn, with the beach mere steps away. Both suites enjoy ocean views and an ensuite bathroom.

Mora is a short drive from Seven Mile Beach, Georgetown, restaurants, supermarkets, and the hospital.
