If you want a private, oceanfront villa with a secluded beach, On The Rocks is a great choice. This villa would be great for a family vacation, because there’s bedrooms spread out over two levels and a separate suite above the garage.

On The Rocks is a gated, oceanfront estate in the Beach Bay residential community. This villa has panoramic views and privacy thanks to its elevated position above the shoreline.
The villa is a short walk from a sandy beach with protected swimming and excellent snorkeling. Lobster, octopus, and juvenile fish have been spotted numerous times throughout the reef. On The Rocks’ wraparound porch has shaded areas for yoga, reading, dining, or watching the sunset. Dine al fresco around the six-top table near the house or lounge on the couch under the veranda. Heavy landscaping surrounds the property for privacy, and the zoysia grass lawn is soft on bare feet. Loungers surround the freshwater, roman pool and palm trees wave in the breeze overhead. Guests can cook on the propane grill and eat in the poolside cabana. There’s also an enormous parking area, a garage with a ping-pong table, a sandy path leading to the bluff below, and the home security system provides peace of mind.
Architecturally, On The Rocks resembles a plantation home due to vaulted ceilings, a wraparound porch, and central entrances in the front and rear. The living room has seating, a large cable TV, a library, and access to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and cookware. The dining table nearby seats 6, and there’s a window bench for snacks and drinks. Off the kitchen, there’s a large full laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms on this level, each with queen beds and shared access to a Jack & Jill bathroom. Upstairs, there’s an oceanfront Master Suite with a flatscreen cable TV, a walk-in closet, and an oceanfront balcony with two chaises. The ensuite bathroom has a tub and walk-in shower. This level also has two more queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The second floor has its own living room and TV area with an Apple TV, DVD player, and cable programming. There’s also an optional guest suite above the garage that’s set up as a media room with a queen bed, kitchenette, dining area, and an ensuite bathroom. This room has an Apple TV, Xbox 360, and a separate A/C and water heater.
On The Rocks is on the central southern coast of Grand Cayman. It’s a few minutes’ drive from George Town, and only 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and restaurants.
