Our Cayman Cottage is pretty impressive. This villa was made for family reunions, with ample space for kids and adults to spread out and let loose. I love how the game room is in the same level as the kids’ bedrooms, because it gives children space to have fun and be loud without disturbing anyone who wants to relax and sleep in on the upper levels. The fourth level bedroom is perfect for teens who want their own separate space, especially because the winding staircase isn’t ideal for young children or the elderly.

Our Cayman Cottage offers guests a multi-level outdoor space, eco-friendly features, and a beachfront location. Four levels of space give guests ample room to spread out and chill out.
Cayman Cottage sits in front of a pebbly, reef-protected beach. While not a barefoot beach, the snorkeling off this coast is top-notch, with a wide variety of marine life and kayaks available to pinpoint a dive spot. On property, the outdoor space is spread out over four levels of living and lounging. A private infinity pool, heated spa, and covered dining reside on the lower level of the villa, with a dining nook and more loungers just below it. The upper two levels of the deck have seating areas, and the uppermost level of the deck serves as the fourth bedroom’s private balcony. Bicycles and kayaks are available for guests to explore the area. To top off the outdoor space, the villa runs on “green energy” via a electricity-generating windmill and solar water heating.
The lower level of the villa encompasses the living area, game room, full bar, full bath, and two bedrooms. The game room has a pool table, private built-in bar, and large screen TV. The bedrooms on this level are best suited for children, one with two queen beds with pull-out mattresses, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. The main level holds the Great Room, which features the living, dining, and cooking areas. The dining area is separated from the gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms on this level feature queen beds and ensuite baths.
The two upper levels are strictly sleeping quarters, and every bedroom has a balcony. The third level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spiral staircase connects this level to the top level of the villa, which holds the fourth bedroom. These three bedrooms are best suited for adults or older children, due to the staircase and larger beds.
Two public resorts are only 10 minutes from Cayman Cottage, which provides additional dining, bars, and water sports.
