If you want your own private beachfront home with plenty of room for all 20 of your guests, Seascape is for you. A large wall of windows on every floor allows for maximum sunlight and ocean views. With three floors, six bedrooms, and a seventh room with two sleeper sofas, there is plenty of space for everyone! Every floor has balconies that stretch across the length of the home, so you can wake up to the ocean. There are plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy and happy. The villa has a pool table, a cocktail/plunge pool, a hot tub, and massive entertainment room. Best of all, Seven Mile Beach sits right outside your door.

Seascape is a beachfront villa with modern design and three levels of living space. The villa is ideal for multiple families vacationing together, and there’s ample space for everyone to spread out.
The beach is right outside Seascape’s back door, with tons of loungers and palm trees. There are two thatched cabanas, with daybeds inside. The covered terrace has al fresco dining on the ground floor and a cocktail pool for enjoying some refreshing shade. The patio on the second level has shaded al fresco dining and a massive daybed. The ground floor has a large, modern kitchen with updated appliances, laundry room, and cookware. There’s also a dining room and a formal sitting area. A wall of glass doors brings in nonstop ocean views, and the sitting area has a flat screen TV and bar cart. There’s a den and two bedrooms on this floor as well, with two sleeper sofas in the den. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and flat screen TVs.
The second floor’s family room is a massive entertainment space, with an oversized sectional, 60 inch TV, wet bar, and pool table. A wall of sliding glass doors opens to the balcony and ocean views. There are two more king suites on this level, each with ocean views and flat screen TVs. A spiral staircase leads up to the third floor, which has a roomy loft-style bedroom and an additional bedroom. Each room has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony. The balcony has a hot tub and seating.
Seascape sits on Seven Mile Beach, near several attractions and amenities. There are beach toys, kayaks, and paddle boards for taking out on the water.

Seascape Villa, Cayman villa review
Seascape Villa could not have been more perfect for our family vacation!!!! Everyone enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and baths! The house sits right on the beach, and the water was cool and clear. It was incredible! The house is very family-friendly and comfortable! Yuri, the house manager, was very accommodating and helpful. The food in Cayman is excellent as well; we ate at several restaurants and all were really outstanding!
Sharon Masters was key in helping me decide which house would be best for our families’ needs. Seascape Villa was the perfect choice for us! The chef she recommended was incredible as well. Thank you Sharon for helping make this a dream vacation!

Excellent Home, Great Location!
Seascape Villa, Cayman villa review
Our stay at Seascape Villa was absolutely spectacular! There were a total of 6 couples staying at the house to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday - and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. In addition to the private beach, hot tub, and spectacular views, we also enjoyed ping pong and billiards on the second floor. We hired Chef Julio to prepare and serve an amazing Birthday Dinner outdoors, which was unanimously deemed our favorite meal of the week! Yuri, the property manager, was immediately available whenever we required any assistance and was a pleasure to deal with!
Sharon was extremely helpful while planning our stay! She was instrumental in organizing a top chef (Chef Julio from “Chef Lloyd”) and making sure that we had all of our transportation arrangements and food/bar order fulfilled prior to our arrival.

Spectacular
Seascape Villa, Cayman villa review
The villa’s location is fabulous! Just a few steps and you’re in the beautiful clear waters of Seven Mile Beach.
The villa has all the amenities you’ll possibly need and the second floor is great for night time parties! The sunset views are spectacular from the second and third floors. There’s not another place like it along Seven Mile.
Sharon was excellent; informative, pleasant and thorough.
