This is a fantastic property for large families or groups that are working within a budget. There is plenty of space in this six/seven bedroom home for all to spread out. Several of the rooms have doors that open up to a spectacular ocean view. There are many living and dining areas throughout the house to provide ample space to enjoy time together on your vacation. The screened porch is a great place to spend the afternoons reading and relaxing or for a bit more activity, you might want to do some snorkeling. In the front of the property is a beautiful coral reef, so gear up and snorkel out to see some of the islands’ sea life. Located on the north side of the island, this property is quiet and peaceful. Twin Palms villa is designed for the beach lover who wants to step out the back door and onto white sands with a view of gorgeous waters everyday of their vacation.
Exceptional beachfront villa for entertaining!
Twin Palms Villa is directly oceanfront in the Rum Point district and enjoys a sandy beach and protective coral reef with excellent snorkeling. No neighbors on either side ensure guest privacy.
This deceptively large 6,500 sq ft (single story) home was built specifically for entertaining larger families, offers stunning glass-wall views and has a great open architectural feel. Unique features include 100’ oceanfront verandah, (4) Kayaks and lots of tech-toys. Verandah offers an exterior half-bath so that guests need not walk inside as often with sand on their feet.
The main house is 6BR/4.5 BA (sleeps 12) and offers an optional King Suite/Studio (sleeps 2) with private bath & full kitchen for nannies, pilots, grandparents, etc. for a very fair surcharge. The studio is accessible form the exterior as well as through the laundry room.
Twin Palms offers a very large kitchen with breakfast bar, media room, game room and multiple dining areas, full-width oceanfront verandah and extra TV s throughout. The house uses a SONOS speaker system and also has Apple TVs and an Xbox Game System in the media center. The main living area and media room each offer multiple reclining seat choices for watching sports, movies or gaming.

Absolutely stunning home and location! Perfect vacation for our large family.
Twin Palms, Cayman villa review
We had a great time staying at the Twin Palms. First the space is perfect for a large family (we had 9)—we all had space but also the common areas were perfect. The location is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay .. from cooking together in the huge kitchen looking out to the ocean ... hanging in the pool and looking out to the ocean ... or eating outside and enjoying the nice cool breezes. The pictures really don’t do this place justice as it is simply breathtaking both inside and out. Walking in you are immediately in awe at the beauty. We were surprised at how stocked the kitchen was and did not have any complaints at all. We loved that this villa was away from the crowds—we got to see a side of the island that is less populated but yet still had many things to do. A hint we learned is that the tours will come get you right down the road at Kaibo for any boat tours you are doing - sting ray city, luminescent bay, snorkeling! So convenient - highly recommend these, Sea Cayman boat tours took such great care of us. The people were so amazingly nice on the island. Food was outstanding. Our vacation was perfect.
We enjoyed working with Betsy to confirm the Twin Palms villa and get everything set for when we got there. Betsy gave us the recommendations of what to do, where to get our groceries (and alcohol) and everything was set when we walked in the door. All recommendations were amazing!

Amazing Home
Twin Palms, Cayman villa review
Twin Palms Villa is a beautiful home. We had 14 family members who came on this trip with us, and the villa had more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The views were beautiful. I also liked the fact that we had two washers and dryers to use. We visited Rum Point Beach while we were here, which was a fun experience. They had chairs and little restaurants on the beach. We also visited Seven Mile Beach, which was beautiful. Seven Mile Beach’s water is a beautiful clear blue color, and my only advice is to bring chairs and umbrellas on your day trip.
Sharon is awesome at what she does. She responds to questions in a timely manner, is very professional, and had everything planned out for us before we left.

Great House in a Great Location
Twin Palms, Cayman villa review
First of all they should hire a photographer to take pictures of the villa. It is much more expansive and beautiful than presented in the photographs.
Sharon and WhereToStay are excellent. Sharon made the process very easy and we would highly recommend them.
