Know Before You Go...®
If you love the ocean, you’ll love Villa Caymanas. It sits on Old Man’s Bay, a quiet and undeveloped region known for amazing snorkeling. I love watching the waves roll in from the second story balcony, and if you stay in the Master Suite, the sea will be the first thing you see each morning.
Unique, modern architecture maximizes the view and breezes!
Villa Caymanas is a fully air-conditioned, beachfront vacation rental perfect for a family with older children. This secluded property is located in a quiet region with a nearly private beach.
This villa is beachfront, so guests can go snorkeling a few steps from the back door. There’s a freshwater pool and a generously sized deck with an outdoor shower. Use the propane grill and outdoor dining on the covered patio to feast al fresco. The ocean views don’t stop inside, thanks to oversized windows and a second-floor balcony that spans the house’s full width. Guests can work behind the office’s desk or pull a book from the library to take down to the beach. Use the gym’s resistance equipment or weights to stay in shape, or paddle the kayaks out to sea for nature’s workout. Upstairs, guests can watch TV from the sectional or enjoy a meal on the wide balcony. Speaking of meals, the kitchen is spacious enough for multiple cooks, and has a bar with seating for 4 people. There’s more sitting areas downstairs if guests want privacy.
The Master Suite on the upper level is the true showstopper here. The ocean view beckons from the private balcony, and the walk-in closet is nearly as big as the bedroom itself. The master bathroom is huge too, with a dual vanity and shower. There’s another bedroom on the other side of the upper level, and it also has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. In fact, the two bedrooms downstairs also have king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. They both open to the patio, with ocean and pool views.
Even though this villa is in a quiet area, it’s only a 10 minute drive from the nearest grocery store and restaurants. Old Man Bay is fairly undeveloped, and has several hidden coves along the shore.
