Villa Mora is a beachfront gated estate in the quiet South Sound. Villa Mora would be excellent for a special occasion, as it’s only 5 minutes from Grand Old House, the most popular wedding venue on the island.
Take a dip in the 75 ft. long pool or relax in the whirlpool spa to cool off from the island sun. The oceanfront cabana, outdoor kitchen, grill, and bar helps guests stay in the sun as long as they want. The living room opens completely to the terrace via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, with long sectionals to accommodate a large party. There’s a cozier sitting area off to the side, that would be a great place to read or catch up with friends. The dining table sits behind, and a chandelier marks the entryway. There’s two media rooms, so kids and adults can both be entertained. The den provides a quiet place to relax, and has a powder room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and Keurig coffeemaker. There is a Sonos sound system throughout the house.
The first floor holds three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bath, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bath. Upstairs, there are two large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and ocean views. The study lies in the middle, with a desk, couches, and access to a private balcony. Each master bedroom has a private balcony, king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The guest cottage has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, ocean views, and ensuite bath.
Main Street is a 10 minute drive from the villa, where guests can find shops and restaurants. Seven Mile Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island, is also ten minutes away.
