The specific position of this villa allows you to enjoy an unforgettable view of the waterfront, the ships in the harbour, the fortress Fortica and the Pakleni Islands, a group of islets near Hvar. The villa was built in 1612 in a Baroque style and is now under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.

The property of Villa Hvar extends over an area of 650 m², where the housing complex occupies 450 m² and 200 m² is occupied by the Mediterranean garden area.
