Cayuco 9 is luxuriously situated with a golf course view and beach proximity. The open common areas are great for enjoying the breeze and relaxing, and the pool and gazebo are stocked for luxury. Overall, Cayuco 9 is extremely relaxing and quiet, great for large groups of family or friends.
Cayuco 9 sits amidst evergreen golf courses in the exclusive Cap Cana resort community. This luxurious, six-bedroom beauty is minutes from the resort’s beach, spa, and marina.
The resort-style pool has a wavy design, in-pool loungers, and a hot tub. There’s even a submerged wet bar at the head of the pool where guests can enjoy a cocktail or snacks without leaving the water. Everyone can relax beneath the gazebo, which encompasses a BBQ grill, al fresco dining, several armchairs, and a curved sectional. There are several loungers in between the pool and the gazebo, and a grassy lawn surrounding both. The golf course stretches across the horizon and adds tropical ambience.
Inside, guests can watch movies on the flatscreen TV and relax in the stuffed sofa. The living room also has a home office and an entertainment system, and opens to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, a center island, and stainless steel appliances. Each of the six suites enjoys exterior access, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The first floor has a king suite, a queen suite with two beds, and a children’s suite with two twin bunks. The second floor has a king suite with a hot tub on the balcony, as well as two queen suites with two beds in each. A daily housekeeper and butler staff the villa.
Cayuco 9 is eight minutes from Caleton Beach, 15 minutes from Juanillo Beach, and six minutes from Eden Roc Beach Club. Restaurants and shops are less than 20 minutes away.
