Ananda is a luxurious, resort villa in the Punta Cana Resort. This eight-bedroom vacation rental lies in a beachfront, gated community that places guests a few steps from the sea. A chef, housekeeper, and butler staff the villa daily.
Mature palm trees accent Ananda’s impressive exterior. The villa is only a few steps away from the La Cana Beach & Golf Club, where guests can enjoy drinks and games after a round of golf. At the villa, guests can swim in the expansive lap pool and relax on sunbathed loungers. Beneath the shaded veranda, there are cushioned armchairs and sofas, as well as a wooden dining table. Guests can also cook outside on the BBQ grill and enjoy meals with a stunning ocean view. There are several shaded pathways around the front and back of the villa where guests can stroll and converse in the fresh air.
This golf front property offers an open design, which provides ample views of the surrounding course and the sea on the horizon. There are two living areas inside the villa - one that opens to the covered veranda and one on the upper level. The upper level living room has a flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Sky blue cabinetry and wicker pendants outfit the elegant, professional kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage space. The kitchen also opens to the sundeck and the living area via paneled sliding doors. There is also a formal dining space that can be opened to the fresh air or closed off via the sliding doors.
In the main building, there is a gorgeous master suite with a private lounge, a massive ensuite bathroom, and a four-poster king bed. The suite also has a walk-in closet, a flatscreen TV, and an ocean view. The bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The second suite also has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flatscreen TV, and an ocean view. The third suite has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flatscreen TV, and ocean views. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level facing the patio and each has two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. There are also three bungalows with their own ensuite bathrooms, walk-in showers, walk-in closets, flatscreen TVs, and exterior garden access. One bungalow has two queen beds, and the other two each have one king bed.
Ananda enjoys convenient access to Punta Cana’s golf courses, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, and spa. The resort also offers horseback riding, water sports, nature tours, shopping, and bike tours.
