Tres Palmeras is nestled amongst palm trees and a manicured golf course in the Punta Cana resort. Tranquility is guaranteed thanks to the villa’s secluded location away from neighboring homes.

A reflecting pool mirrors the sky in the garden courtyard, and the high-ceilinged outdoor foyer has a massive lantern-like chandelier, a balcony, and a staircase to the second floor. The large back patio has al fresco dining for 10 guests, an outdoor living area, a swimming pool, and a lounging palapa. The pool has a wading area and is long enough for swimming laps.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a breakfast bar. The dining area seats 12 around a hardwood, squared table. The living area’s rustic chandelier welcomes guests to rest on the cozy mat chairs and sofa. On the second floor, the Media Room opens to the large balcony, which offers majestic golf course views. Villa 3 Palmeras is staffed with a housekeeper and chef.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor: the master suite, a king suite, and two dual suites. Each upper level bedroom opens to the wraparound balcony and has an ensuite bathroom. The master suite has a a TV and a walk-in closet, while the dual suites each have two full beds. Downstairs, there’s a twin suite with a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest house’s king suite also has a TV and an ensuite bathroom.

Tres Palmeras is a five-minute drive from Punta Cana’s beach, golf course, resort club, spa, and tennis courts. The airport, supermarket, and Ojos Indigenas attraction are all less than 10 minutes away.
