Connected seamlessly to the living room is the dining area, which leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy meals indoors or step onto the terrace for alfresco dining under a covered area that comfortably seats twelve guests. For those who prefer outdoor cooking, a new outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, provides the perfect setting to savor meals while soaking in the sea views.

The villa’s layout is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with a TV room featuring a large sofa, and a library for quiet moments.  All guest rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning for added comfort. The master bedroom, set in a secluded part of the garden among lemon trees, features a full ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace offering a peaceful spot to start the day with a cup of coffee.
