Kiwi enjoys the great privilege of being located just above one of them: Soros Beach, which is only about 500 meters away and can be easily reached with a pleasant walk. The property has a traditional character, featuring a main building and two guest houses. Its outdoor spaces are particularly delightful, with an attractive swimming pool as the centrepiece and a charming dining area just behind it, perfectly shaded by a pergola and equipped with a functional bar corner. On a higher level, just outside the main house, there are two additional seating areas with tables and chairs, offering an alternative to the main dining area. These spots also provide guests with stunning views of the countryside and the distant sea.
Villa Kiwi’s interiors are simple yet functional, with a linear design that blends authentic furnishing elements with the conveniences of a modern home. The bedrooms are spread across three separate areas: one in the main house, which also includes the kitchen and living room, and the others evenly distributed between the two guest houses. This layout makes it ideal for two families or groups of guests seeking a bit of extra privacy.
