A holiday immersed in luxury, Villa Serena is the perfect choice. The villa can accommodate 8 guests in the four bedrooms, with three in the main villa and one in the dépendance, plus an additional 2 guests on a double sofa bed in the dépendance.
Surrounded by a 6,000-square-metre garden, the villa is enveloped by terraces and olive groves. The infinity pool seems to blend seamlessly with the sea and can be heated upon request (extra). Nearby, a charming gazebo, sun loungers, and a spacious solarium area provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy views of the sea and San Lorenzo harbour. The entire outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy, with an outdoor kitchen perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining.
On the ground floor, the spacious living area, with its large windows, creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. The kitchen, with a central island and a crystal dining table, is ideal for preparing meals. Additionally, there is a spa area featuring a Finnish sauna and a stone steam bath, a gym with Technogym equipment (including a treadmill, a dumbbell rack ranging from 4 kg to 32 kg, three barbells of different weights, a half rack, resistance bands, a bench, and an abdominal bench)and a laundry room.
On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms: a master suite with a round bed, private terraces and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with sea views, and another bedroom which includes a Flou sofa that can be arranged as two twin beds or as a double bed. These two bedrooms have access to a small corridor that leads to a shared bathroom with a shower. The villa is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a Crestron home automation system and a SONOS audio and video system.
Completing the property is an 80-square-metre dépendance, featuring a double bedroom, a spacious designer bathroom with a shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen, hidden behind doors that open and close, and a double sofa bed for two additional guests. Therefore, the maximum occupancy of the villa reaches a total of 10 guests. Located in a panoramic position, the dépendance offers spectacular views of the sea and the picturesque village of Poggi, making it an ideal space for friends or family seeking privacy.
