A fortified arch, typical of Sicilian farmhouses, leads to the main courtyard adorned with palm trees, lemon trees, jasmine, and scented geraniums. The Lemon Rooms, named after the trees in front, have direct access from the courtyard. A neoclassical portal marks the entrance to the main house and its three large ground-floor suites, each with a spacious living room, master bedroom, and walk-in closet. Two of them have direct access to the terrace overlooking the Italian garden.

Among the ground-floor suites is a shared lounge with a ceiling decorated with graceful art nouveau frescoes, from which hangs a large Murano glass chandelier. Looking carefully between the walls of the entrance hall, you'll find a distinctive pocket door leading to a pitch stone staircase that leads to the Tower. For the less adventurous, there's also an elevator.

The Tower is a suite with a large double bedroom and a panoramic balcony overlooking the garden and olive trees. A few steps lead to a private living room with an additional bathroom and a delightful private terrace overlooking the courtyard.

All rooms/suites feature an en-suite bathroom (with a large walk-in shower and/or bathtub), a minibar, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, a direct dial telephone, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests have access to spacious passageways, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace, a large gallery furnished with various sitting areas, and a dining area.

From the gallery, the chandelier hall and other rooms you can access the large garden, a true green oasis, with large lawns, outdoor showers, a pergola and two large solarium platforms at either end of the pool.

The pool is also designed for serious swimmers; lined with lava stone, it keeps the water at a comfortable temperature year-round. From the garden, you can enjoy views of the Hyblaean Mountains and stunning sunsets, making it the perfect spot for an aperitif!
