Included Electricity, A/C, heating, water, gas and final cleaning, Daily housekeeping with change of bath towels, Change of linen every 3 days (for weekly rentals), Breakfast service: 8 am-12 pm (including ingredients), Wi-Fi internet connection, Gardener and pool maintenance, complimentary cook service for either lunch or dinner, daily. The cost of ingredients is not included.

Additional - A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver from 150 EUR will be required. - A Visitor's Tax Will Be Required Upon Check In Per Person Per Day. - Extra housekeeping service: €20/hour, Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff, Cost of food and beverage, Babysitting service, on availability: €20/hour (during the day); €25/hour (night), Grocery pre-stocking: €30 plus cost of purchased goods
