Located in the picturesque hills of Tuscany, Villa Boheme is an exceptional 150-hectare estate, once home to the legendary opera composer Giacomo Puccini. The estate is steeped in history, with buildings dating back to the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, all carefully restored to maintain their timeless beauty. The villa, part of a hamlet with multiple homes, accommodates up to thirty-eight guests across its two main areas: Tosca and Butterfly.
Tosca includes the grand Villa and the Foresteria, both offering lavish accommodation. The Villa, once home to noble families, spans three floors with exquisite antique details, including terracotta-tiled living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and an impressive master suite with jacuzzi and dressing room. The Foresteria offers additional space with five floors, featuring elegant bedrooms, a kitchen with an open fireplace, and a comfortable sitting room with views of the surrounding hills.
Butterfly consists of the Tower, Arches, and Mafalda House, each exuding charm and offering luxurious amenities. The Tower, once part of the Medici’s watchtower system, is an absolute gem with a piano, a cinema room, and a sauna, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. The Arches boasts panoramic views and a cozy fireplace, while Mafalda House offers breathtaking views across the Tyrrhenian Sea, complete with a cinema room and sauna.
