Exclusive Hilltop Private Villa!

Silent Waters is a 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa located six miles west of Montego Bay, and sits on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Consisting of 16.5 acres the site includes 12 buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools. Five villa suites (7 bedrooms + 2 lower levels each with 1 full sofa bed) plus the owner’s private villa accommodates up to 20 guests. The villa is a mixture of Balinese and Thai-style architecture consisting of the Owner’s villa and 5 individual private detached guest house/suites, each under separate roof, with en-suite bathrooms, Far Eastern furnishings and decor.

Each suite has its own patio with chaise lounges for sunning and relaxation, garden chairs and tables and most suites have both indoor and outdoor showers to allow for intimate privacy. All suites have their own air conditioner and ceiling fans, wet bar, telephone, stereo system, high speed wireless internet service, LCD high definition television with DVD player and IPOD docking station.

The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen with meals served in either the main Dining Pavilion or the al fresco breakfast Gazebo, both of which are surrounded by the wrap around 80 foot long reflection and swimming pools.

Food and Beverage
Guests may choose the grocery option or our prepaid gourmet meal plan. With either option we will work with you to determine the types of delicious meals you would like during your stay, as well as discuss any allergies and/or special dietary needs.

Please note that wine, liquor, soft drinks, bottled water, and fresh fruit used at the bar are purchased and billed separately. Additional charges apply for cocktail parties and other guest-hosted events.

Beach Doctors Cave beach is only 15 minutes away in the center of Montego Bay.
Transfers The costs for a full-time private driver for one week (includes airport transfers and 1 complimentary tank of gas) are: 12-seater van - $975; 16-seater van - $1,300; 25-seater van - $1,650. For round trip airport transfers only (Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay), the cost is $100 round trip for 1-4 guests and $20 for each additional guest. For excursions a 25-passenger bus is available for $400 per day. These rates include tax but do not include gratuity. Please add 15% gratuity to these rates.

Included Welcome Pina Colada fruit drink on arrival, cellular telephones, sophisticated electronic security and video monitors, facsimile and photo copying services and high speed wireless Internet service in each suite. Daily breakfast included.
Children Welcome
Additional $2000 refundable damage deposit. If choosing the grocery option, a fee of $12.50 per person per day will be charged for food acquisition and preparation. A pre-payment of $1,500 will also be required for pre-stocking of groceries for the first 1-1/2 days of the stay. All beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) must be purchased from Silent Waters' liquor, wine and beverage inventory. Also additional - Airport transfers, private car/driver during stay, nannies, massage, spa and esthetician services, tennis pro private lessons, yoga and pilates private classes, scuba diving nearby (PADI certified) and a 39' sport fishing boat and 51' catamaran.

Guests are responsible for purchasing the groceries.

Everything about the trip was amazing. The villa is breathtaking, the food is outstanding, and the staff is incredible. The staff accommodated our every need. We highly recommend this spot. We had a group of 16, and every one of us would give this vacation 5-stars or more if we could.

Meal Plan

With our prepaid gourmet meal plan our chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and dinner based on the gourmet menus. The cost for this gourmet meal plan is $115 per adult per day and $57.50 per child (ages 3-12) per day (rates do not include 10% Jamaican Government Consumption Tax). Children under 3 are complimentary. In lieu of lunch at the villa, boxed lunches can be provided for day trips.
