The heart of the villa is its spacious kitchen, designed for entertaining and accommodating large groups or families. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the distant farm, while sliding doors lead to the indoor and outdoor dining patio, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, beautifully maintained gardens, lawn, pool, tennis court, and pavilion.
The adjacent chef's kitchen/pantry provides additional amenities, including a second dishwasher, oven, sink, fridge, freezer, and wine fridge, perfect for catering events.
The ground floor features a stone tower entrance leading to a circular home theatre/living room with double-height ceilings, a home theatre, and a large fireplace, designed for comfort and relaxation.
Off the kitchen, you'll find a covered summer lounge room with a giant U-shaped sofa facing the picturesque view, as well as an annexe building with a bar and lounge area equipped with an ice maker, sink, and professional drinks fridge.
