Can Alba is a remarkable property, just a short drive from Ibiza Town, offering easy access to the stunning beaches and beach clubs of the south and west coasts. This modern 6-bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious KM5 area, boasting mesmerizing sea views stretching across to Formentera.

Outside, guests can bask in the splendour of a large infinity pool (14m x 8m) and lush green lawn, framed by panoramic vistas of the sea and Formentera. A shaded poolside dining area with a gas BBQ comfortably seats 12, while single sun beds dot the spacious terrace, providing ample space for relaxation.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area, including a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining space, and a small office/playroom. Three en-suite bedrooms are also located on this level, ensuring convenience and comfort for guests.

Ascending to the first floor reveals the expansive 82 m2 master suite with an en-suite bathroom and magnificent views.
