Know Before You Go...®
I just love this villa because Summerwind perches high on Bordeaux Mountain with jaw-dropping views over Coral Bay all the way to the BVI! Four dreamy king/queen suites, a private pool, and a breezy covered porch — so sit back, relax, and grab a cocktail on island time. Pure magic for up to 8 lucky guests!
Amazing views from its hilltop location!
Perched high in Bordeaux Mountain, about 15 minutes from Cruz Bay, Summerwind is built for slowing down together — whether that's a romantic getaway for two or a reunion with your favorite travel crew.
The bedroom layout here is half the fun. All four bedrooms are exterior access only, tucked into different points on the property and connected by outdoor steps and stairways. Bedroom 1 sits just down a few steps from the pool deck, with an en-suite bath and outdoor shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 continue down a further flight of stairs, each with their own en-suite bath and indoor shower. Bedroom 4 tucks in under the main house with its own private en-suite. Every room has its own split A/C system and a king or queen bed — so getting to breakfast means a little open-air stroll with the island breeze along the way.
Speaking of views — Summerwind's whole reason for being is the vista over Coral Bay all the way to the British Virgin Islands, and it shows up everywhere: from the indoor dining area, from the outdoor dining space, and especially from the pool deck. The private pool measures 10 x 20 feet and runs five feet deep — plenty of room to swim laps or just float and admire the scenery. Beach chairs and towels are provided, so you can move seamlessly from pool day to beach day (the closest is about 10 minutes away near the National Park) without packing a thing extra.
Inside, the full kitchen comes ready for real cooking, with a gas stove, full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker for slow island mornings. A washer and dryer mean no one has to overpack, and solar-powered battery backup keeps things running smoothly no matter the weather. WiFi and a streaming-ready TV are on hand for downtime, while a 3-stage UV water filtration system keeps things simple throughout your stay.
Add it all up, and Summerwind is one of those rare villas that feels equally right for two people falling for St. John or a full house of friends soaking up the same sunny view from different corners of the property.
