The Last Resort at Chocolate Hole is perched on a promontory point, with water on three sides. You can watch the sun rise over Ditleff Point and set over Little St. James Island. While it is close to Cruz Bay and the North Shore beaches, it is also a private sanctuary that offers relaxation to all guests.
This incredible compound features six private bedrooms including a bunk room, massive infinity-edge pool with swim up bar, many open air spaces for lounging and dining alfresco, and a covered outdoor living area. The Last Resort artfully blends exterior and interior spaces to provide a variety of gathering and dining options in an elegant yet relaxed style. The gated property has a circular driveway with plenty of parking and small events are welcomed.
The entire estate has central air-conditioning so you can stay cool on the warmest days. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen opens up to the dining area that seats eight and the great room provides comfortable seating for gathering indoors.
There are five king suites and one bunk room/game room all with ensuite baths, outdoor showers and exterior access for privacy. The ocean view king suites offer terraces while all bedrooms feature either sunrise or sunset views. The Bunk/Game Room can sleep a max of 8.
