The standout feature for me has to be the impressive swimming pool, complete with an expansive cabana and a fully-equipped kitchen - just perfect for social get-togethers!

The heart of this estate is the main home. Here, you'll find an open living area that flows into a spacious kitchen and dining area. The panoramic windows on the back wall help merge the outdoor and indoor living. Two master suites, each with private bathrooms and access to a vast deck, are also located on this level.
Descending the outdoor steps, you'll find the lower level of the main home. This area features a kitchenette and two bedrooms - a sizable master suite with an additional bunk bed space, and a room with two twin bunk beds. An expansive screened porch area offers breathtaking views of the island and the inviting pool area below.
