Tre Vista Estate is perched on a hilltop overlooking gorgeous views of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. This villa offers privacy for the entire family, and is close to town.
The villa’s double infinity edge pool is surrounded by leafy foliage, the ocean, and a stone lounging deck. Gentle breezes blow through the sunlit and shaded portions of the deck thanks to an elevated location and open design. Columns line the veranda, and ceiling fans keep the living and dining area cool. Inside, there’s a living room with warm, Balinese accents and cable TV. The spacious kitchen has elegant built-in appliances, granite countertops, and dining space. All five bedrooms feature air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In the main house, there’s two king suites with a terrace. The guest house has three king suites. Two suites share a balcony while one has a private patio that opens to the lawn.
Tre Vista’s view is amazing both day and night, thanks to its proximity to Great Cruz Bay. Several restaurants and stores are nearby in Cruz Bay, and St. John’s size makes it easy to explore the whole island.
