Simplistic, has everything you may need down to beach bags and coolers. Great kitchen. Great location. Outstanding views and pool area. Secluded and private. Can’t wait to come back ! My husband and I loves this island and this trip !

The house and location are both amazing! The pool was absolutely beautiful. The house is immaculate and updated. The living and bedrooms are well appointed and welcoming. The close location to town and beaches were key. I expect to come back to Ballena Blue with our next trip!
Going through Where to Stay was the best decision of our trip. Betsy and Sharon kept in touch to make sure all details of our trip were covered. Their website was key as it consolidated all pertinent data which I printed off before we left.

Wonderful Villa with amazing view! It is updated and decorated very nice. You have all of the amenities that you need. Very clean and truly a gem! My husband and I will definitely be back! We loved it.
Where to Stay was terrific! So helpful and organized. We loved the website they provide with recommendations. Betsy and the team were wonderful to work with and we will work with them again. Very pleased with everything. I have referred Betsy to a few friends.

Perfect Rendezous !
Ballena Blue, St. John villa review
Ballena Blue was perfect for our 3 couple vacation. The view was gorgeous. Sitting out by the pool, over looking Rendezvous Cay was breathtaking . The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking in several nights, the outside grill was perfect. There was plenty of space in the house to have a little getaway or all gather at the huge outdoor area for games and fun.
Betsy was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive and answered all our questions. She had many recommnedations which were great. She made planning the vacation very easy. WhereToStay.com is definitely a full service travel company.

Ballena Blue, St. John villa review
We had an amazing time at Ballena Blue. The home is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. They had sweet little touches such as a few snacks in the refrigerator and fresh flowers in the house. When our flight was delayed forcing us to get there a day late, they generously offered the house to us an extra night at the end of our stay. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to stay here again! It will NOT disappoint.

Amazing View
Ballena Blue, St. John villa review
We had the best week ever at Ballena Blue. Perfect place for a great vacation. Just mins away from downtown. We had Hamilton Taxi Service shuttle us all week to show us around the island. He is the best guy ever. Please check him out. Beaches are amazing to spend a day on. Highly recommend taking a trip to Skinny Legs for there famous burger. Again call Hamilton for this trip. He knows the island very well and stops at all sites for pictures. Food downtown is amazing so they are all favorites and wont be disappointed. Thank you Ballena Blue for letting us 6 enjoy your amazing Villa. Trent, Robin, Rick, Lori, Troy,Amy from Indiana.
Shawna is top notch. She kept me in line the whole time. Kept me updated with all info we needed to make this trip, my daughters wedding as smooth as possible. Thank you Shawna!!

Family Holiday Vacation
Ballena Blue, St. John villa review
Ballena Blue was nice and very clean and beds comfortable.
The pros..beautiful view, pool was extremely nice, view beautiful, and kitchen fully stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels
Cons..The door to the downstairs bedroom (which is exterior entrance) was broken in a way did not lock and we had to slam close when we got there and my kids had to sleep with a table against the door to keep it closed but they did fix it two days into the trip and there were lots of bugs at night. The fan and light over main table in the living
areas did not work and they never fixed it while there, so it was pretty dark in the evening/night. The sonos did not work either so we could not listen to music ( which is minor).
Betsy was great at communicating and I appreciate all her help and Sharon was somewhat help just the communication part not great. I wish I would have known when we arrived, we were turned over to another rental company if we had issues.
Overall, we had a great vacation as our first visit To St.John...Ballena Blue was private, lovely views in the morning and evening. Cute house
Betsy was great and great with communicating when we booked and was helpful with questions I had since it was my first time to St. John. Sharon was good but sometimes the communication was not there and things were not answered. I just wish I would have known that we were going to have to deal with another rental company when we arrived if we had issues
