The villa’s deck overlooks the hillside and the sea, with loungers around the pool for sunbathing. It merges with the veranda, which shades a dining table and BBQ grill set in native island stone. Guests can easily dine and lounge outside with relative privacy, thanks to the villa’s elevated hilltop location. The interior’s elegant yet rustic decor mimics a Mediterranean villa with travertine floors, tongue and groove cypress ceilings with exposed beams, and reclaimed barn wood custom cabinetry. All the doors in the villa are reclaimed barn wood. The first floor holds one master suite, the Great Room, laundry room, and a powder room. Inside the Great Room, guests can lounge in the living area with an ocean view, feast around the dining table, or enjoy a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and range hood.

Caribbean Palm features three master suites with air-conditioning, king beds, satellite TV, and private balconies. The balconies open to the sea so guests can relax with their very own ocean view. Each master suite is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and an outdoor shower, which also has ocean views. Two of the suites are upstairs and have elevated views. The villa offers WiFi, satellite TV, a fully-integrated audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers, beach chairs, coolers, and purified water throughout the villa. All rooms, including the bedrooms, are accessed by an interior staircase which is much safer for guests with small children.

This vacation rental is nestled in a residential area, only half a mile from Rendezvous Bay and Ditleff Point. Klein Bay, a pebble beach with calm waters, is nearby. The beach is great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and wind surfing.
