Island Girl has a really cool layout that gives everyone in your party plenty of room to kick back and relax. The four bedrooms are separated by a half-level set of stairs, and each has an ensuite bathroom, terrace, and walk-in shower. I love the layout because it means that every couple or family has their own space to relax after coming together in the Great Room or around the pool.

Island Girl is a fully air-conditioned villa designed by the award-winning Barefoot Architect. The villa’s breathtaking views of Coral Bay come alive at sunrise and span from the East End of St. John to the British Virgin Islands.
The villa’s tropical surroundings include gentle breezes, hummingbirds, papaya, lime, and banana trees. An L-shaped pool lined by a granite deck with loungers and umbrellas overlooks Coral Bay. The veranda shades plush furnishings, a dining table, and a large gas grill. Inside on the main level, an open floor plan incorporates the gourmet kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream with top-of-the-line Wolfe, Sub Zero, and Miele appliances. The media lounge features a 55” LG TV, BluRay player, and sliding glass doors. The house also has a generator, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer. Island Girls’ four king suites are staggered across four levels. The master suite is below the main level’s common area, while the other three suites are stacked on top of one another with a half level of stairs between each suite. The master suite has an indoor and outdoor shower, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom. The second suite has an indoor shower, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The third suite has an indoor shower, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth suite is on the top floor and has a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have interior access.
Island Girl is located in Coral Bay on the quiet side of the island. Despite it’s quiet location, the villa is within a short drive of several restaurants, hiking trails, and secluded beaches.
