Carnival Beach House is perfect for three couples to share. Two of the bedrooms have their own kitchenette, bathroom, living room, and terraces, and the third bedroom is alone in the main house. There’s a ton of outdoor space for everyone to share, and the villa is pretty centrally located between several of the island’s best beaches. Beautiful, lush foliage surrounds the property, which adds a romantic and tropical appeal to the home.

Carnival Beach House is perched on Klein Bay’s hillside, enveloped in beautiful, tropical foliage. This vacation rental consists of a one-level main house, a two-level guest house, and an extensive outdoor space.
The pool sits in the middle of the property, and seems to blend with the sea. It’s bordered by gardens, with a lounging terrace along the back side. There’s a pool shower on one side, and a larger patio on the other. Guests can relax in the outdoor living area on the lanai, dine al fresco at the shaded table, or layout on the sun deck. There’s even a BBQ grill behind the table, so casual feasts are made easy. Guests will find outdoor living and dining space on the guest house’s lower level, balcony, and front entrance as well. Access the pebble beach by following a staircase from the lawn, or drive 20-30 minutes to St. John’s north shore.
The main house’s Great Room is spacious, comfortably furnished, and feels like home. Guests can open the french doors to bring in the view, watch games on the cable TV, or pull a novel from the bookshelf and get cozy in an armchair. Feast at the glass-topped dining table after cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The main house’s bedroom is off the left side of the Great Room, with a king-sized sleigh bed, a desk, and a breakfast table for two. It opens to the lanai, and has Honduran mahogany furniture. The two-story guest house holds a studio suite on each level, both with their own living space, kitchenette, terrace, and bedroom. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, breakfast table, and ocean views. Their kitchenettes have a fridge, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, hot plate, and blender.
Carnival Beach House is just a 10-minute drive from Cruz Bay. It’s elevated 50-feet above Klein Bay, which is part of Rendezvous Bay. Ditliff Point’s white sand beach is less than 10 minutes away by sea, and the area is a popular choice for snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
