2B at Peter Bay Beach Villa perches hillside above a sandy cove within the Virgin Islands National Park. This four-bedroom villa enjoys stunning design inside and out, with ocean views that can’t be beat.
The villa’s expansive gallery is furnished with a wrought iron dining table and cushioned rattan seating, so guests can relax in the shade by the sea. An outdoor kitchen with an ice maker, a wine fridge, and a built-in stainless gas grill sits nearby for al fresco feasts and cocktail hours. Sunbathers will love the freeform swimming pool and lounging deck a few steps below the gallery. Bougainvillea and palm fronds waving in the wind create a more intimate atmosphere. An elegant, stone staircase winds through the villa’s gardens to the white sandy beach. Guests can lounge in one of the shaded sitting areas just above the water, or soak in the hot tub and watch the waves.
Manicured gardens line the driveway, and breathtaking views fill the villa from the front door. A series of arched, glass doors allows guests to enjoy the villa’s central air-conditioning without sacrificing the tropical scenery, and high vaulted ceilings create a sense of airiness. The living room’s plush furnishings revolve around the armoire’s entertainment system, and the adjacent dining area faces tropical artwork and the ocean view. 2B at Peter Bay Villa has a French countryside-inspired kitchen with top of the line appliances, two farmhouse sinks, and a large central island. The kitchen’s two refrigerators, two ice machines, and ample storage easily accommodates a large party.
There are two queen suites on either side of the upper level with private balconies, oversized bathrooms, and easy access to the kitchen. The lower terrace suite also has a queen bed, oversized bathroom, and a private balcony. 2B at Peter Bay Villa is a short drive in either direction from two of the most popular beaches on St. John: Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. Cinnamon Bay has windsurfers, kayaks, mountain bikes, and snorkel gear for rent, along with a snack shop and changing facilities. Trunk Bay offers 650 feet of snorkeling trails, a snack bar, and changing facilities.
