La Vita rests on St. John’s beautiful North Shore in the Peter Bay community. The villa enjoys panoramic views over Peter Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and the British Virgin Islands.
Peter Bay enjoys its own beach in the middle of the Virgin Islands National Park. This remote, white sand beach enjoys tranquil waters and ample sunshine. After a day by the sea, La Vita’s outdoor spaces are the perfect place to relax and unwind. Beneath the covered veranda, there is an al fresco dining area with a bar, grill, and refrigerator. Cushioned swivel chairs overlook the pool and lounge area, and there’s a powder room near the bar and pool. Through the archways, there’s a spacious sundeck with loungers and an infinity pool. A hot tub sits a few steps above the pool, and both face gorgeous ocean views. There’s also a rotunda with arches and cushioned armchairs.
La Vita incorporates 6,500 square feet of Meditteranean-inspired design. Every room has ocean views, air-conditioning, and outfitted with handcrafted mahogany furnishings. Oil paintings and elegant decor accent the open-air interior. The living room’s flatscreen TV and entertainment center are surrounded by plush sofas and armchairs. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with mahogany cabinetry, Thermador chef-grade appliances, and elegant cookware. Guests can dine and lounge around the extended island, and a half bath is just off the kitchen. Each of La Vita’s suites has an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a terrace with ocean views. Four of the suites have king beds, and one has two twins that can be made up as a king. Two bedrooms are on the main level and one is on the upper level in the Guest House. The fourth bedroom is under the rotunda, and the fifth is in a private apartment near the courtyard.
La Vita is five minutes from the beach and snorkeling. Several North Shore beaches are within a short drive, including Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Maho Bay.
