Rotunda offers classic Caribbean charm on a hillside above Peter Bay. This six-bedroom villa enjoys panoramic views, convenience to Trunk Bay, and a prime location to catch the sunsets.
The infinity edge pool, sundeck, veranda, and balconies offer ample space to relax outside. After a long swim, guests can sunbathe in loungers or relax in the shade with a cocktail. Rotunda also offers a shaded lounge, an al fresco dining set, and a barbecue grill. Series of arched windows open to Rotunda’s warm interior, which features travertine tile floors and mahogany furnishings. In the sunken living room, there are cushioned armchairs and a plush sofa surrounded by a wall of windows. A few steps lead up into the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with gorgeous mahogany cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is an attached dining room as well. Each of the six bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite is on the upper level and offers a king bed, a private terrace, and a walk-in shower. The second suite is also on the upper level and has the same amenities as the master, but with a queen bed.The bathroom is located down the hall. The third suite is in an upper level apartment that can be accessed from the parking area. This suite can be made as two twins or a king. Another bedroom is located beneath the apartment style bedroom, and is accessed via the parking area. The last two bedrooms are in the guest house. Both are king suites with outdoor and indoor showers, exterior access, and their own private floors.
Rotunda is less than 15 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay and 18 minutes from Coral Bay. Guests can enjoy convenient access to Peter Bay Beach and the North Shore beaches as well.
