Sand Dollar Estate combines a glamorous six-bedroom mansion, a luxurious three-bedroom villa and two bungalows to create an irresistible beachfront retreat on St. Thomas. This 2.5 acre property can accommodate up to 30 guests for any special occasion, from weddings to family reunions.

Sand Dollar has direct access to its own slice of Magen’s Bay, set amid tropical trees and turquoise waters. Stairs lead from the main deck to the white sand beach, and adirondack chairs wait for sunbathing, reading, and watching the waves. At the opposite end of the property, the rooftop deck incorporates a sundeck, fully equipped gym, and private spa. The deck has panoramic views of the sea, a large sectional, shaded veranda, and hammock. The gym has cardio equipment, a stationary bike, weight trainer, free weights, and a 32” flatscreen TV. The spa has a hydrotherapy massage Jacuzzi, rain head shower, and a selection of facials, body treatments, and salon services. In between the beach and rooftop deck, there’s several terraces and verandas united by a Bluetooth sound system. The long swimming pool and hot tub are sandwiched by a thatched gazebo and large sunbathing deck. This level has a long dining table, hammock, a gas BBQ grill, and several wine coolers so guests can dine wherever, whenever. The upstairs balcony has even more dining tables and shaded lounging.

The modern interior is fitted with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sleek furnishings. On the lower level, there’s a game room with a wine cooler, flatscreen TV, and billiards table. Three bedrooms are on this level as well, each with an ensuite bathroom and sofa bed. One suite has a queen bed and the other two have king beds. One king suite opens to the beach path, and the other two open to the pool deck via the game room. Upstairs, there’s a large dining area that opens to the veranda and an adjacent den. The living room and kitchen are a step above and enjoy ocean views through bay windows. Neutral decor and marbled tile runs throughout the common area. The living room has a creamy sectional facing a flatscreen TV with speakers, and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and long granite countertops. A laundry room and office sit to the side of the kitchen. A king suite sits next to the living room, with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and access to the den. A staircase leads from the living room up to the two master suites, and each has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace with an outdoor shower. One suite has two sofa beds and the other has one sofa bed.

Little Sand Dollar is the estate’s three-bedroom, two-story villa. The lower level has a sundeck with a dining table, loungers, and a staircase leading to the beach. Inside, there are two bedrooms that each have a king bed, study, and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a covered porch with another dining table, couches, and a hammock. Inside, there’s a living room with a flatscreen TV, sofa bed, and access to the granite kitchen. A den with a twin bed sits to the side. The third king suite can be accessed through the living room, and features an ensuite bathroom, access to the covered porch, and an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi.

The two bungalows are perfect for couples or can be connected to use as a family suite. Bungalow 1 features a king size bed, full bath, and a comfortable seating area with a sleeper sofa. Bungalow 2 features a king size bed, full bath, a separate living room with a dining area for 6, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Both of these villas are equipped with smart tv’s, wireless, and 2 Juliette balconies overlooking Magens Bay.

Sand Dollar Estate sits on the Peterborg Peninsula in one of St. Thomas’ most residential and private regions. The property comes equipped with kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and tackle fishing equipment. Daily housekeeping and a full-time estate manager keep everything in top condition.
