The Beach House is truly a property with something for everyone. You might want to try some rock climbing on the cliffs that descend from the house to the water’s edge, kayaking or diving along the coral reef that stretches for miles right off-shore. A short drive will get you to the golf course or tennis courts for the more competitive sports. If you’re more into relaxing, the beach is private enough for tanning au natural, or you can grab something cool to drink before you slip into the hot tub and just let your mind drift with the sounds of the waves and the soft breezes off the ocean.

The Beach House is unique and incomparable to other St Thomas villa rentals because of one major amenity — your very own private beach just a walk down the steps. Your very private villa and a one-of-a-kind secluded location. There are very few homes in all of the islands that can make the claim of privacy and seclusion with its own beach.
Located on tiny Mail Bay (rarely identified on maps of St. Thomas) on St. Thomas’ exclusive North Shore on three acres of land, the private beach is only accessible by land from the property, so guests, whether honeymooners or families, are content on the exclusive sandy haven.
The Beach House will accommodate up to ten people with five separate bedrooms.
Upon entering the main house you will find a master bedroom with a beautiful king bed. Attached to this bedroom is a half bath. On the main floor there is a reading/changing room with a full length mirror which has adjacent to it a full bath with indoor shower (no tub). The main house also has a fully appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, a kitchen dining area, living room with flat screen TV and a beautiful covered outdoor more formal dining area that comfortably seats 8-10 people.
There is a very short walk to the detached cottage where there are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs have a king size bed and a queen size bed both sharing a bathroom with a very private outside, covered shower. The downstairs cottage bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful panorama through the trees to the beach.
Downstairs from the main house is the fifth bedroom, a very cozy apartment with a queen size bed and its own bath and outside shower. Each bedroom has a view to the ocean and they are air-conditioned.
The four-burner stainless gas grill is locatedon the path between the main house and the cottage.
Attached to the main house there is another outside shower. It is also used as a rinse area for the hot tub.
The Beach House can accommodate up to 50 people for a wedding or event like a family reunion party or large gathering of friends for a special celebration. Whether you want to have a romantic wedding on the beach or celebrate a birthday with all your family and friends, The Beach House has every amenity to make your event fun and memorable.
