The Villa K is located in Anse des Cayes and, in addition to four bedrooms and four bathrooms, features a private path leading to the nearby Anse des Cayes beach. It also has a heated 55-foot pool with deck for swimming and sunbathing. Another relaxing option is the private outdoor sun bed and lily pond, which allow guests to really leave their cares behind. For those guests wishing to relax indoors, the villa has both French and US satellite television. The villa also includes other amenities such a kitchen, living area, and outdoor sun deck for eating meals in the pleasant tropical weather.

Villa K is a four-bedroom, four-bath two-level fully air-conditioned contemporary villa. This home is privately set behind the coral beach of Anse des Cayes and features a large heated swimming pool, which is located behind the path that leads out to the beach and is surrounded by stately palm trees.
The kitchen and spacious living room are situated behind the sun deck that features outdoor living and dining. Also on this level are the third and fourth queen bedrooms with baths en-suite and sliders to the outdoor pool area.
Upstairs is the king master bedroom with sitting area, en-suite bath with tub, and an outdoor balcony which looks out to the sea. The second queen bedroom with bath en-suite is also on this level and offers a lovely sea view. A lily pond and a sun bed for relaxing are located near the path to the beach and complete the ambience.
