Lo Scoglio offers gorgeous ocean views, a quiet location by the sea, and an open floor plan. This four-bedroom villa sits in the center of the island near St. Jean Beach.

Anse des Cayes’s rugged cliffs and the sea’s soothing waves create a soothing backdrop at Lo Scoglio. The villa has an open floor plan, with a sundeck on the lower level and a dining balcony on the upper level. The sundeck frames the edge of an illuminated infinity pool. The pool features an alarm, a shallow wading area, and a floating step that connects the exterior staircases. Loungers and a dining table furnish the sundeck, while a set of stairs leads up to the private, heated Jacuzzi and the dining balcony. The dining balcony enjoys panoramic ocean views and is furnished with a streamlined wooden table, matching chairs, and cushioned armchairs. There’s also a gas barbecue grill so guests can cook with an ocean view.

Glass doors connect the balcony to Lo Scoglio’s kitchen and living room. The living room is furnished with cushioned armchairs, sofas, and a coffee table. White countertops wrap around the adjacent kitchen, which offers stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bluetooth and WiFi run throughout the home so guests can play music. Each of the villa’s bedrooms has air-conditioning, and the two master suites both offer European king beds, Apple TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is suitable for teenagers or staff, with a queen bed and exterior access only. The studio has its own kitchenette and in a separate unit. It is also accessed from the exterior only. Lo Scoglio also offers housekeeping services six days a week.

Lo Scoglio is two minutes from Nikki Beach and St. Jean, seven minutes from Lorient, and ten minutes from Gustavia’s shops and restaurants.
