One of the amenities of the 5-bedroom/5-bath Avenstar Villa is the heated swimming pool that flows into a second little pool, making it fun for children. The main level has an open floor plan that makes this property a good choice for entertaining as well. Concierge services are also available. The living room, with home cinema including plasma TVs, as well as the gourmet kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom are on the first and second levels. The lower level has three bedrooms, one of which has two double beds, and all five bedrooms offer a view of the sea.

Avenstar Villa is terraced into the hillside of Camaruche with views of the sea, Lorient Beach, and St. Maarten. The fully air-conditioned 5-bedroom Villa Avenstar is configured over three levels. It features outdoor spaces and has a heated swimming pool that cascades down to a second, little pool. Avenstar has all the latest technology, including a bevy of plasma TVs.
The villa’s hub is on the second and main level, whose open floor plan encompasses a large living room with home cinema, a dining area, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a guest bath.
The pool, a Jacuzzi ,as well as a terrace for sunning, alfresco dining, and relaxing are also on this level and a second large deck is on the lower level making Avenstar a good venue for hosting a wedding or other special event.
There is a master bedroom with bath en-suite and showers for two on both the first and second levels. The lower level has three bedrooms; two being large king bedrooms with baths en-suite and one bedroom for children with two double beds and an en-suite bath. All five bedrooms offer a sea view. A sixth bedroom, only suitable for staff or a nanny and located in a separate area, has a small bath and is available upon request.
