The kitchen, living area and outdoor dining all look out over the magnificent view, refreshing plunge pool and sunny terrace. The kitchen is equipped for efficiency and ease, with high-quality appliances like a Siemens range top, a quiet Bosch dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the indoor dining area, the perfect spot for a coffee and croissant while planning your day. The living room is well shaded from the afternoon sun, so at the end of the day it can be your favorite place to sit back with a glass of rosé and enjoy a good book or your favorite program on the HDTV with Dish satellite service.

The villa’s two air-conditioned bedrooms are located to either side of the main common area, balancing convenience and privacy. Each provides the comfort of a queen bed, television with DVD, and its own private ensuite bathroom.
