At the front of the villa, there’s an expansive terrace with unbelievable ocean views. Loungers and umbrellas surround the villa’s 10x20 ft swimming pool. There’s even more space to relax outside beneath the veranda in the outdoor living area. Up to six guests can dine al fresco around the outdoor dining table and cook outside on the gas barbecue grill. Elegant outdoor lighting guarantees guests can spend morning, afternoon, and evening lounging on the terrace.

Contemporary design and modern amenities outfit the living room, which is complete with an entertainment system including Dish Network, Apple TV, Canal Satellite, and an iPod dock. Plush furnishings rest in front of the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is just as modern, with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, ice machine, espresso coffee machine, blender, and eclectic fruit press. Guests can enjoy their espresso at the breakfast bar or step outside to the sundeck. Dining for ten guests is available under a covered veranda between the ocean view and manicured garden. Each of Kailio’s bedrooms offers air-conditioning, ocean views, terrace access, and European king beds. One suite features an ensuite bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom.
