Kuban Villa enjoys gorgeous ocean views from its hillside perch in Colombier. This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys Asian-inspired design and proximity to Flamands Beach.
A semi-circular, heated pool rests at the edge of the large sundeck, which is furnished with several loungers and a daybed. Beneath the shaded portion of the deck, there is an open-air living area with several couches and armchairs, a reclaimed wood dining table, and a glass-topped, breakfast table. Guests can grill out on the gas barbecue grill after spending a day soaking in the pool and staring at the sea. The villa’s living room, dining area, and kitchen all have the latest technology, from a flatscreen TV in the lounge to stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room also has a library, a home office, and a Bose sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, an espresso machine, a blender, a wine cellar, and a full range of appliances. There are two king suites on the upper level, and both open to private terraces with ocean views. On the main level, there is a twin suite with two beds that can convert into a queen. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a walk–in shower, air-conditioning, and a safe.
Kuban Villa enjoys a location near Flamands Beach and Gustavia. The restaurants, supermarkets, and airport are all within a 10 minute drive. Kuban’s housekeeper visits six days a week, and there is also a poolman and gardener.
